From the year 1993-2014, I frequent the seas and ports of Talao-Talao Dalahican Port and Balanacan Port. From that year, every travel by sea was horrendous! I have to use the waiting area and the toilet of the port. Needless to say, the sight was unpleasant. The saddening sight and feeling goes on and on until I visited the province of Marinduque last April 20, 2017.
Lo and Behold! There is an improvement in the waiting area. The toilet is 70% clean. There is an scanner. Coast Guards roam around the port.
